Modern automotive companies are relentlessly experimenting, trying to offer customers new and perfect vehicles. The Citroen brand was no exception. The proof of this is his new product, the C4 model, a representative of the third generation. According to the manufacturer, this creation is a cross between a classic crossover and a hatchback. This car will be able to please everyone, it will go on sale in three versions:
- with a gasoline 1,2-liter three-stroke engine capable of delivering power of 100, 130 or 155 horsepower;
- with a diesel power plant with a rated power of 103 horsepower;
- all-electric, 136-horsepower, which is also used for the production of "green" car modifications by well-known companies such as Peugeot and Opel.
The novelty was presented by the French giant as a replacement for the second-generation hatchback and the C4 Cactus crossover, the production of which the famous company plans to stop next year.
The "fresh" development of Citroen does not disappoint. It is visually attractive, equipped with, as one would expect, a high rear spoiler, a massive rear bumper and signature twin headlights that adorn the embossed body. In addition, the C4 model boasts flashlights with original graphics.
At the request of the client, the exterior of this car can be made in 1 of 31 available design options. As for the interior design, here the company offers 6 different styles.
There is freedom of choice when it comes to powertrain. The C4 cross-hatchback model can be purchased with a six-speed manual gearbox or an eight-speed automatic. Drive option - one, front.
